JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a skilled wide format print operator who’s confident working with professional‑grade printers, RIP software, and vinyl‑finishing equipment. In this role, you’ll handle pre‑press setup, operate wide‑format printers, run color‑managed workflows, and ensure every print is accurate, consistent, and install‑ready. You’ll help keep print production moving by managing materials, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the team with a smooth, organized workflow.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Wide Format / Digital Press Operation
- Review job tickets and pre‑press files for accuracy, correct formatting, and print readiness
- Operate wide‑format printers (Epson 60600, Epson S9170) and RIP software (Onyx, PrintFactory) to produce color‑accurate, large‑format graphics
- Run color‑managed workflows using proper ICC profiles and calibrated settings
- Select and adjust material presets for vinyl, banner, and film substrates, and modify print modes as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized print area and support routine maintenance or repairs
- Track print logs, material usage, and print production metrics to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Manage inventory of print media, vinyl, laminates, transfer paper, and consumables
- Coordinate out‑of‑house print orders with approved vendors when required
2. Vinyl Preparation & Handling
- Operate laminators, plotters, and cutting equipment (Fayon, Graphtec) with precision
- Perform vinyl finishing: laminating, kiss‑cutting, weeding, masking, trimming, and assembling graphics
- Set and adjust blade pressure, offsets, and cut settings to minimize waste
- Maintain organized materials and follow print production schedules
- Stage materials for installation or shipping
- Assist with flat‑panel signage production and vinyl application on rigid substrates
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, weighing, labeling, and verifying contents
3. Quality Assurance & Collaboration
- Inspect printed and cut materials for accuracy, defects, and overall quality
- Complete final quality checks to ensure graphics meet installation requirements
- Identify and address print or material issues promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work habits
- Support installers by preparing materials for smooth application
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and meet print production deadlines
- Participate in cross‑training across printing, finishing, and print production tasks
EXPERIENCE
- 2–4+ years of experience in wide‑format printing, digital press operation, sign production, or related production environment
- Hands-on experience with plotters, laminators, and cutting tools
- Understanding of color matching and print production workflow
- Previous experience working and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced print production environment
- Knowledge of vehicle wraps, signage, and other graphic applications
- Strong knowledge of quality control and final material inspections
- Understanding of safety protocols in a production setting
TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT

JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a detail‑driven, proactive logistics coordinator who thrives on connecting the dots, managing many moving parts, and thinking several steps ahead. In this role, you’ll coordinate print production and installation schedules, manage pick‑ups and deliveries, handle subcontractor communication, and keep every project aligned across departments.
If you excel at balancing tact with firmness, safeguarding the schedule, and pushing projects through roadblocks, this role will feel like the right fit.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Scheduling & Workflow Coordination
- Use capacity tools to schedule work across Manheim and Smoketown
- Review and prioritize the scheduling queue; assign due dates for decals, signs, and vehicle projects
- Communicate schedule changes to internal teams and clients
- Anticipate and resolve conflicts to ensure on‑time completion
2. Job Creation
- Review job queue, order details, and workflows for all project types
- Create accurate Job IDs, QuickBooks jobs, and ShopVox jobs
- Adjust workflow steps based on project specifics (design vs. repeat vs. specialty)
3. Pick Up & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate pick‑up and delivery requests with clients and drivers
- Assign drivers based on vehicle class requirements
- Schedule and update driver assignments in QuickBooks Time
- Provide clear day‑of direction to ensure smooth vehicle movement
4. Subcontractor Coordination
- Identify needs for outside services and select appropriate subcontractors
- Schedule and communicate project details and timelines
- Initiate POs and document subcontracted work
- Align subcontractor timelines with internal schedules
5. Administrative & Communication
- Lead daily morning huddle and afternoon scheduling meeting
- Maintain accurate information in ShopVox, QuickBooks, and the Capacity Gauge
- Document schedule changes and client updates for cross‑team visibility
- Monitor boards and resolve data discrepancies
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination

JOB DESCRIPTION
- The associate installer position supports the Cassel vinyl install team with vehicle preparation tasks while enrolled in Cassel’s Installer Training Program to become a vinyl installer.
- The associate installer will be introduced to the basics of vinyl installation and vehicle graphics, where they will provide support to Cassel’s install team as they grow their skill and ability to complete progressively difficult jobs.
- The primary focus of this role is to support the Cassel install team while gaining valuable experience that may materialize into a role as a full-time installer in 9-18 months.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with vehicle graphics is helpful but not required.
- Some previous work experience is required, with a demonstrated ability to persevere in a labor-intensive work environment.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and work on the feet for the majority of the day.
EXPECTATIONS
While in training, the associate installer is most successful when they, not installers, are preparing workspaces and vehicles, which in turn allow installers to seamlessly move from one vehicle to the next. Other expectations include:
- Arrive at work on time and be ready to go
- Take direction from coordinators regarding what tasks to work on
- Work well with all team members, including team members outside the install team
- Embrace the role as a supporter of the install team and set Installers up to win
- Wash/prep vehicles (including removing lights and/or door handles when the job requires it)
- Vinyl removal
- Prepping material (weeding, cutting, papering, and labeling of vinyl)
- Staging vehicles (ensuring vehicles are in the right place and ready for installers to work on as they finish active jobs)

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Removal Specialist who takes pride in clean work and protecting vehicle surfaces. In this role, you’ll safely remove vinyl graphics, prep vehicles for new installations, and handle light disassembly and reassembly to ensure every job is install‑ready and damage‑free. If you’re hands‑on, quality‑driven, and enjoy working with vehicles in a fast‑paced production environment, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact every day.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Vinyl Removal & Surface Preparation
- Remove vinyl graphics, lettering, decals, and adhesive residue from vehicles and surfaces using approved tools and techniques
- Assess surface and vinyl condition before removal to prevent damage to paint or substrates
- Ensure all surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for new vinyl installation
- Photograph removal progress and update job records in the tracking system
- Report paint issues, surface damage, or unexpected findings to the Install Manager
2. Vehicle Preparation & Inspection
- Wash and prepare vehicles to provide a clean workspace for installers
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after removal work
- Accurately document vehicle condition, notes, and findings in the tracking system
- Communicate prep‑related issues to Customer Service or Production teams as needed
- Maintain organized, stocked tools, chemicals, and materials
3. Disassembly & Reassembly
- Remove and reinstall vehicle components such as emblems, trim, light covers, and hardware
- Label, organize, and store removed parts to ensure proper reinstallation
- Verify correct fit, function, and appearance after reassembly
- Complete quality checks on all affected areas before installation continues
- Record all disassembly and reassembly notes in the job tracking system
4. Production Support
- Assist with vinyl preparation tasks such as weeding and masking when needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Provide clear updates and notes to support production flow and team communication
EXPERIENCE
- Hands‑on experience in a manual, mechanical, or production‑based role
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and performing light mechanical tasks
- Ability to work independently while following established processes and procedures
- Experience with vehicle care or handling is a plus (detailing, reconditioning, service support, etc.)
- Manufacturing, assembly, sign, graphics, or print production experience is a plus
